TedsModeling Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 To start with, these aren't my engines. They were built (most are WIP) by Greg McLaughlin in 1/16 scale. He's not a member here and I wanted to share his work with you.
F/C NUT Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 Here are some 1/16 funny car engine I built a while ago

ScaleDale Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Ross Gibson BOSS 429 sold as a Ford Pro Stocker. Can't run OHC motors in NHRA P/S. When will they grow up? This is going in a Super Street '64 Fairlane. Dale
PappyD340 Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 WOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!! pretty much sums it up. I'm ashamed of my stuff, sitting here looking at these marvels, I don't think I want to fully humiliate myself by posting anything of mine. Fantastic job fellas!!!!!
AZ Boy Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Here's one from way back when. Scary to think I did this one about 14 years ago.
Mooneyzs Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Aaron... Nice work on that my friend. It looks killer!!
comp1839 Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 gotta agree with chris. killer job. did the barrel valve come with kit or did you fab it yourself? it's really nice!
AZ Boy Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Thanks, Dave! I have great respect for your builds, and Chris' too, so I really appreciate the comments. The barrel valve & bracket were scratch built. Looking back at the picture though, I realize I should've ran the return lines over the plug wires instead of under.
F/C NUT Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Here is some of my latest funny car engines that was in the Desert Classic show. The first two is from the Frantic Ford Mustang II and the second two are from the Barry Setzer 74 Vega.
