Anybody got any Ideas on what material to use to make 1/25 scale ribbed blower belts. I have been to craft stores to trift stores and have come up with nothing. How about ribbed blower pullys? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated . thanks

Just got done going through there site. Looks like they want like $8 - $9 dollars each belt. The same goes for there pullys. I was looking for a cheaper alternative since most of what I build is drag. That could get pretty expensive..

Paper or masking tape cut to width. Glue pre cut pieces of stock to the inside and spray flat black

Building one from strips and tape seems super tedious.

Instead of getting a belt exactly the right size, Could you maybe get just one or two really long belts and cut them up into multiple blower belts? It might me more cost effective that way.

Before you throw that old printer in the trash you might want to look inside . Both these belts came out of my old Lexmark , more than enough for a couple dozen blower drives !

This is where I learned how to....really goes quick, with a sharp blade.

I was hoping someone would speak up. I know one of the members used to sell ribbed belt material. But I can't recall who or the name of his company. Have you looked in the resin aftermarket section?
