Take the cab off, the engine... probably the transmission too. Add the Caterpillar engine from the Ford LN 9000. The cab from a 1973-1987 chevy pickup. You'll have to modify the front end, hood and fenders to get your Kodiak hood, use the headlights from a1980 Monte Carlo. You can retain the fuel tanks, they already look like the ones from the real truck. Actually... The only tougher part will be the hood and fenders You might want to use the hood and top of the pickup truck's fenders, extend the front grill with evergreen plastic stock. So you're down to the extended fenders. You could use the ones from the GMC 9500 that AITM sells. They look to be kinda close to the real thing. That is going to be interesting for somebody who really wants to accomplish this replica!

Start with measurements of the 2 decks.

Length of the upper one will let you know if/how much you need to extend the frame for the front

upper deck mount.

Look at evergreen "Metal Siding" sheet for the surface of the deck, unless that one,

(Or the one you want to do is Diamond Trade-plate)

I actually looked at a Roll-back and saw that the deck was "C" channel in staggered position 1 high, the next low, etc

running width wise accross the deck. (difference was between 1/2 and 1 inch max)
