Started this, this week. I have a goal of getting this one done by the end of April.

This is the Tamiya McLaren MP 4/4. I will be adding details to it with the Top Studio "Super Detail Kit".

I love building the Tamiya F1 cars. Have built 2 of the 1/12 scale (2 more to build, including my McLaren). Built about 7 or 8 of the 1/20 scale (6 more to build).

What scale is yours?

Youtube has several vids of building Tamiya models, including a series on the McLaren (pity it is in Japanesse.

Throttle body/Intake parts, and pieces. I will have these installed this evening.

11 pieces is what it took to build the throttle linkage assembly. I swear I must have lost, and recovered each of those 11 pieces at least 3 times each, because of them popping out of my locking tweezers. I still need to add about 8 PE bolt heads to the intake/Throttle body base.
