Thanks the wheels and tires are off of one of my nephews trucks he got at wal-mart.I built covers for the in side of the wheels with .020" sheet styrene. A long time ago carroll electric came out to clean the power line and thay had a truck close to this one.Used it to pull poles. I just made it better.
