Any South / Central Florida Model Club Or Builders Out There?

I'm fairly new to this hobby and I was wondering if there are any active Clubs or Members in the South/Central Florida area...

Made a quick search but all I could find was a Club located in Ocala (Which is about 3 hours from Miami)... As a matter of fact, I believe they are having a show called the Sunshine Challenge today (Found out too late to assist). The only other thread shown in the search is from back in 2011.

I would also like to know if there are any major shows, swap meets or even seminars in this area... Or National events worth traveling.

Venice has a show/swapmeet April 6 2013

Woodmere Community ParkVenice, FL

The 18th Annual Spring Model Show & Contest, sponsored by IPMS/Wings, Wheels & Keels Model Club will be held in Woodmere Park, Venice on Sat, April 6 th.
