Elliot949 Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 What do you use For your CA glue to attach extremely small parts or what do you use to attach the piping to a 1/25th scale seat...
Guest Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 I take a toothpick and sand the first 1/4 inch down to a really fine point.
Ramfins59 Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 Yep... What Roger said... sharpen up a wooden toothpick. I've been using them for years to apply CA glue and to do really small detail painting..
Foxer Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 I'm a toothpick user too, but, being a diabetic, my old insulin syringes with 29 gauge needles make good applicators also.
JohnU Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 Take a small sewing needle and cut or grind half the eye end off. You end up with a tiny two pronged fork perfect for holding and applying glue where you need it. You can mount it in the handle of your choice.
Elliot949 Posted March 31, 2013 Author Posted March 31, 2013 Thanks Guys... I am going to try and ad piping to the seat of a model...
