silverdreamss Posted April 10, 2013 Posted April 10, 2013 looking for something that can be used to represent braided lines for nitrious and fuel and maybe water hoses ect anyone have any idea
CrazyGirl Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Michaels Arts and Craft stores sell all sizes of braided wire , and cheap
High octane Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 As mentioned by Jeff, I would go with Pro-Tech for braided lines and fittings. Some of his other products are great to as I have used some on some of my builds.
Mooneyzs Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Pro Tech is the best braided line in the business hands down. Plus Charlie is a great guy to do business with. You can't go wrong.

gtx6970 Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 I've seen the Pro Tech line and it is hands down the most accurate for the scale , but if 100% accuracy is not required, look in the beading isle at Micheals . they have a couple different sizes that fit the bill for me Everything show here came from that isle, the beads themselfe I am not 100% happy with the sizes and may change them, or may not
Steven Zimmerman Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Also check out braided elastic cord, in various sizes at your local craft or sewing supply stores, color it with a silver sharpie....or, look at your (and be - uh, DISCREET here)venetian blinds - they have a cord you use to adjust the angle of the blind, and usually have 2 or 3 feet you can trim and use for braided line....Having said that,Pro Tech is the most realistic and easiest to use of the aftermarket stuff I have seen....'Z'
