BMX Addicts Posted May 9, 2013 Author Posted May 9, 2013 (edited) Thank you Tommy, the kit is very nice, and it shows great detail... I placed this one aside to finish it later on... I will have to leave the body and the chassis separate because it does not fit. It seems either the primer or the paint or maybe even the glue I used are too hot for the plastic used by Revell, the body just shrunk to the point that not even forcing it would rest as it should (On top of everything I had the brilliant idea of cutting the roll cage and it just looks terrible). It does not rev my tach any longer.... Edited May 9, 2013 by BMX Addicts
BMX Addicts Posted May 9, 2013 Author Posted May 9, 2013 I just hate the fact that was at the very end... BUT, I have to admit, things were kind of going way too fast for me, getting into photo etching, applying carbon / sheet metal, and playing with cables is way above my pulse rhythm... I'm slowing down to something that would be a bit more according to what I can produce. Will post a WIP link here soon.
Rob Hall Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 That vintage of DTM car had some seriously wild rear splitters and fairings...
