CrazyGirl Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 on the chassis there are dimples , , Q is , fill them , or is that a total waste of time and effort
Gothic Kustomz Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 C'mon dude, fill them puppys, I do on all mine, just makes for better looking build, course then again maybe I'm just anal about my work, hehehehehe, I said anal.
Harry P. Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 As someone who obsesses about the spacing between radio buttons on a 1/25 scale dash, I'd say you better fill them in or you won't be able to sleep at night!
Ace-Garageguy Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 Yeah, fill them if they show on the completed build. Harry has a point, too.
CrazyGirl Posted May 17, 2013 Author Posted May 17, 2013 it was a rather dumb post huh , took longer to type it than to fill the dimples
Gluhead Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 heheh ^^ I can't believe nobody mentioned it...they're referred to as "sinkmarks" (not to be confused with skidmarks!). If they're shallow enough and/or in a spot that's less than blatantly obvious, I file the rail/whatever down rather than fill it. It's often even quicker, and no filler to wait on.
