This is gonna b built as if someone just bought this car and has plans of rebuilding it from the ground up as a Lowrider.

So far, I've weathered the body, chassis, and interior. I threw a spare set of wire wheels in the back seat as if the owner just scored a set of rims and is using the back as storage...
