Inspiration is a article in a 1993 issue of SAE, where the author built a topless 59 El Camino, and a topless 55 Nomad. Build will be a phantom 59 El Camino Concept car, a topless El Camino that Chevy could have done back in the day. Color is Testors Wet Look Inca Gold, with Future clearcoat.
