If it's not too bad knock the roughness down with 220 (very lightly) then 400 paper to smooth it out then hit with another wet coat of the black.

Well I am a little upset right now. I was going to finish her today for my friend but the hood just snapped like a cracker when I was removing it from test fitting.

Do you think revel would replace it?

I can try to fix it. but not sure how it will turn out since it will be black. , so porbably would be better to get a new one. one might be on its way for me from a facebook model page memeber. .

Thanks Slusher. I am going to keep the hood. I will use the buick hood then add part of the monter hood to finish it.

hood did not sit right. so the GN hood with its hump is perfect . just need to stretch it.
