a little update

front axle and rear

cut the cab for walkin sleeper

and total shot for messuring

and first black on tyre,s

if the rain stops spraying primer on chassis

and paint interior a nice color

like henry ford said every color is good if its black

chassis paint flat black , wheels

and cab and sleeper first coat of black

and a total picture of the mock up

and one whit bumper for the side

a couple of days waitin and spray the second coat and now first the battryboxes and fueltanks etc

bob i think i make him whit a curbside motor

i have seen different set up of the trucks that bin used for the movie

so i must change the airintake [ you see 2 connections ] but you see also 2 different airintake,s on the picture,s

1 truck has longer fueltanks , 1 truck has on the frontwheels silver ore white rings and on another red tips

so i use theshort fuel tanks , red tips

but i stil loved this truck and movie

You really do your research Ihave only seen that movie once at a drive-in (shows how old I am) many years ago.I was thinking of get one of these kits.But I'm into details,I'll have to getthis truck, but first watch that movie again a couple hundred times
