69 Shelby GT500

Hi people.

Where I can get the '69 Shelby GT500 stock wheels? (once it is not provided on the Revell´s kit)

And... Are these black stripes on the hood original?

I'm no Mustang/Shelby expert but I think the black stripes and front spoiler were added to 69 GT 500s and the VINs changed before being sold as 70 Shelby GT 500s.

Correct. The blue car is a 70. Spoiler, stripes and the ignition key was relocated on 70's

The revell kit does have those wheels.

In my opinion the Revell wheels don't look deep enough. That's the reason I am looking for replacements, as well.

They are close enough for me, a little paint and a light wash is all they need.
