Had to call it something and as much as I've cut on this one the title fits. It was an experiment to see if I could chop the top on a 1/8th scale, resin 1943 Willys pick up cab but has taken on a mind of it's own. So far I have chopped the top by 1/2 inch, sectioned the body in height by 1/4 inch, shortened the body in length by 1/4 inch and narrowed the body by 1/2 inch. Also narrowed the hood to match the new body proportions. Don't know where it's going from here but it will definately be one of a kind.

Can you give a short description of what the engine is made of?

The cylinders, heads, valve covers and timing cover are from an old Corvair trike kit Junkman.

I carved the block from resin and the side panels are resin.

The carbs & tubes are resin and the rest is from the parts box.

The pushrods are cut down 4 penny finish nails.

It was an experiment just to see if I could do something different with junkyard parts.

In fact this whole build has been an experiment just to do something completely off the wall.
