MsDano85gt Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 this ones off to a start already removed the "curbside" fake motor/ tranny from the body and chassis I may try to remove the box and use a regular kitted bed, but the fender flares are molded onto the bed so I may just let the one piece body ride as is just drop in a 409 chevy plant and detail er up good and let it ride!
Fabrux Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 I'm scaring myself thinking about how much I'd pay to buy what is in that picture... Also, not sure how well that bed will line up with the cab as they are two different manufacturers (bed is MPC).
MsDano85gt Posted August 28, 2013 Author Posted August 28, 2013 unfortunately I got the kit pretty cheap abd complete but decals were mia! think I have some leftover boondocker decals that look similar in design and color i'll have to check it out.....
MsDano85gt Posted August 28, 2013 Author Posted August 28, 2013 i'm a misplaced Minnesotan Jordan originally from Burnsville apple valley area uncle sam brought me south with a stop in chicago for bootcamp along the way! kinda gotten used to this souther living and my red beans and rice! oh so nice! miss my winter and snow though! I acutually liked the challenge of winter driving keeps folks on edge
Jordan White Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 Winter is nice, as are the (relatively) cooler summers compared to the south. Anywho, don't worry about the decals. I have a set of the Boondocker decals already.
