Wonderbread Kustomz Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 This started as the hardtop kit and I ended up cutting the roof off, and shortening the trunk lid as well as hinging it. Everything seemed to fit together just fine after paint in mockup pics, but as I did the final assembly, nothing seemed to fit right anymore. Paint is Duplicolor Light Blue Metallic and clear. The lips and knockoffs on the spokes are color matched as well.
Wonderbread Kustomz Posted September 4, 2013 Author Posted September 4, 2013 Thanks guys... Lee, the boot is from the 59 Impala kit I believe....

Wonderbread Kustomz Posted September 5, 2013 Author Posted September 5, 2013 Thanks guys... Erik, i appreciate it homie... I been into lowriding since the late 80s when I got into cars lol..
ERIK88 Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 (edited) Cool , my cousin used to own a 63 olds holiday super 88. It was purple with flakes and purple velvet low rider interior, dual exhaust , chrome Dayton's. those were good times, i used to cruise with him listening to oldies, and some rap like kid frost or lil rob lol. He used to be in a lowrider club, and i came across many impalas and cutlass lowrider owners. One guy had a 49 chevrolet fleet line or "bomba" as some may call it, it was candy apple red with gold Dayton's, that thing was beautiful man , but I'm sure it's worth at least $40,000 -$50,000. That is one of my dream cars along with the 59 impala. Edited September 6, 2013 by ERIK88
