There is no current 70 Charger kit available, that is correct. Hasn't been kitted since the early 70s by MPC. The amt Fast/Furious kit is actually a 69 charger with parts from the General Lee kit with a badly attempted 70 grill. Best way to replicate would be getting a resin body/parts from Modelhaus, runs about $70us? & using the Revell 69 or 68 Charger kit for a donor chassis etc

The Revell 68 or 69 Charger are both fantastic kits. Plenty of detail & quite accurate. They're both the same gen' B-Body Charger as the 70, so I'd go with either of those.

Missing Ling has a very nice 70 Charger conversion that you use the 68/9 RM kit as a donor. The ML conversion supplies the hood & body with corrected front guards & valance & chrome grill with Charger & Charger R/T grill insert. Corrected rear taillight panel with chrome Charger & Charger R/T taillights with red resin lenses. R/T Door scoops . Corrected interior door panels, rear seat & front buckets. The rest comes from previous mentioned RM kits. Bit expensive though if you only want to use it fro the F&F Charger.

Here's one of Missing Link's kits so you can see what's included:
