Hot Wheels GNX on Champ 500 Style Wheels

Super quick “custom”. I stripped, repainted and decaled it in a couple hours. I just wanted something to test out the first set of these new wheels I made. The tires are a little softer than HW’s Real Rider tires. And it still rolls.

I made aluminum masters for the wheel and tire and cast the tires in a soft elastomeric compound and the rims in resin.

Thanks. I might do some other styles of rims. This was just an experiment, but it looks like it is worth exploring further.
