Scott H
Neat stuff, nice job! Couple suggestions...the engine hoist is almost at the top of its limit, there's no way it can pull that motor (or set it in place). The cross bar with the chains going to the engine should almost touch the engine, so when you start lifting it will clear the radiator. Once you decide if this is your permanent layout you can add some traffic pattern weathering to the floor, maybe even a small amount of debris like antifreeze jugs, roll of paper towels, maybe a stack of cases of beer, whatever. I haven't done one in awhile but now you are motivating me to do another diorama!
captin
Thanks Scott and thanks for the advice on the engine hoist. you read my mind about the garbage laying around. im not sure if this is going to be the permanent layout i want to get my walls up first to see were i want the garage door at. then im going to hit everything up with the weathering. I like your idea on the antifreeze spills on the floor any suggestion on what to use for the antifreeze spills?
charlie8575
Home of the world's cleanest mechanic. Generally, very nice start, just needs to be grimed up a little, but I like what you've done with it. Charlie Larkin

devil19751
I like the diorama but to me it looks to me like the accessories are to big for the model. but still nice progress
