bondo bill Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Here's a set of three AMTs that I'm combining to make a 1960s drag team. The models are a '41 Plymouth, a Hogan's Heroes Jeep, and a trailer from the Fireball 500 kit. I've painted the trailer and the Jeep, started the engine from the Jeep, and the trailer is ready for assembly. The Plymouth needs some bodywork, and I'll apply a light, flat military green color. The chassis work includes the addition of a solid axle front end from my parts box. The engine was taken from an old Boot Hill Express model. I plan on handpainting some graphics onto the Plymouth. It's still a work in progress, but I'll be back later with some more pictures for you.

bondo bill Posted November 15, 2013 Author Posted November 15, 2013 Here's a little progress that I've made on the drag team. The Jeep tow vehicle has had the seats, engine and grill mounted. The trailer is finished, but I still need to add a new hitch to it. Comments welcome!
