Casey Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 I can't think of anyone who does. I checked Altered States and they don't, but maybe Mark Johnson makes one? Or maybe TDR Innovations has one which can be 3D printed?
Mooneyzs Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 As Casey mentioned you may want to check with Mark Johnson.... I believe he may have something but I am not 100% sure. What I can say is Mark has some great products and is a great guy to do business with.
Mike Kucaba Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 Where would one be from a kit? "55 - 57 Chevies from AMT or were those manuals?
RAT-T Posted October 28, 2013 Author Posted October 28, 2013 THANKS GUYS, I DID POST THIS QUESTION ON THE 1-16 DRAGPAGE ON FACEBOOK, HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY REPLIES YET. MAYBE I'LL EMAIL MARK DIRECTLY & ASK HIM I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE '55-57 KITS, I THINK THEY MIGHT BE BOTH MANUALS I HAVE A TURBO 350 I GOT OUT OF THE REVELL '34 KITS, MAYBE HAVE TO START WITH THAT
Casey Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE '55-57 KITS, I THINK THEY MIGHT BE BOTH MANUALS Yes, they are, and the trans is very narrow, too.
horsepower Posted November 3, 2013 Posted November 3, 2013 The Revell '55,56 had the early cast iron PowerGlide not the one anyone would want for a modern drag car. You would want one from a '62 or later kit, even though the '58 kit has a TurboGlide, that kinda resembles a PowerGlide, but was more of a variable speed trans than a two speed.
