Alfa Romeo GTA Junior and other 1/24 custom built RC-Cars

Here are some of my 1/24 custom built RC-Cars.

Normally i use a 1/24 static kit body from Tamiya or any other kits and build them on MiniZ Chassis:

Alfa Romeo GTA Junior '72 Rainer Matschke

BMW 2002 '70 Niki Lauda

Ford Escort Mk1 24h D.Glemser/Gardner

The Alfa got homemade widened fenders to make the GTA Junior look.

There are a few more Alfa GTA's: A 'Jägermeister' version, a 'GULF' version

and the 'Auto Delta' Factory Team version

Those are cool! I'd be afraid to run them for fear of cracking a body.

Yes, i only run them on the Kyosho MiniZ track, which has soft borders.

Mostly the bodies are reinforced with glas fibre pads, so they can resist

some crashes, but the parts like mirrors are very threatened.

Here's my Renault 8 Gordini MiniZ version

Since the Renault 8 body is very small, the rims had to be narrowed.

As chassis i used a Kyosho MR015 with 2.4 GHZ transmitter.

The body is taken from the WAVE CR-08 kit.
