  1. btw it's a GTA 1300 Junior not a GTAm. Those GTAm's used to have twin headlamps and no egded bonnet. Also it's Scudetto was changed.
  2. thanks mates Yes, she needs to be decaled, but i'm looking for the right decals and did not find them. I have an Tamiya kit at home, but i do not want to split it. Do you have any suggestions or maybe links for fine Alfa decals?
  3. WOW - this is a great project. You are so right saying it's one of the most beatiful cars It is also one of the most successful race cars looking forward to see an update here
  4. no other words needed - I love the orginal car with homemade enlarged widened fenders - resin body on a MiniZ Rc chassis.
  5. its a resin kit, don't know its manufactor.
  6. This is my 70ies Peugeot 504 Racing - it's a resin verion with widened fenders. Scale is 1/24. This great little racer is built as MiniZ Version and i also got a slot version of it. I decided to go for the famous Gulf colors, which i always like on older cars. wheelbase is 114mm and wide is 76mm. Hope you like it
  7. Back in the late 60ies and early 70ies the Simca 1000 was a great racing and rally car. Here's my version 'Simca 1000 RS Racing' with homemade widened fenders and spoiler. It's fully RC built on a MiniZ Wheelbase is 94mm, wide is 72mm Great little racer
  8. The fenders are crafted out of putty and resine. The rims are MiniZ rims. I also love them
  9. Just finished the GTA Junior with round fenders instead of the fat edged ones. I really like this variante more then the fat one, like the GTAm. I decided to go for a decent variante. just a few decals. hope you like it
  10. Today I found the time to build the Renault 8 Gordini done. I like the R8 as a touring version much better than before. What do you think?
  11. It was an plastic kit. Maybe it was an old Wave or old Heller kit from the 70ies.
  12. The Alfa is finished. It it decaled in 70ies style. It was a hard work to widen the body and make it clean, but I think it was worth the effort.
  13. thanks i think the Guilia will get no rear spoiler. The Martini Alfa on the pic looks great without
  14. Martini colors always look GREAT! thanks for the great pic
  15. I'm into old Touring cars and i always liked those fat touring cars. Since Alfa Romeo is one of my fovourite brands, i do like the Alfa Romeo Guilia Super very much. But there is no version as touring car on the market, so i have to build such a version on my own. scale is 1/24. Here are a few pics from building the car. I'm not sure about the rear spoiler. Whether i should build a small one on the bootlid, no rear spoiler or a big one?! What do you think?
  16. Yes, the NSU and Renault 8 have a similar look, but the R8 is larger than the NSU. The NSU TT looks more like a square
  17. There are a few more Gordini's now - one of them just had an accident and fit's good in a diorama
  18. Todays work: The side windows and windshields are ready for Resin bodies. The body can is now ready to create the mold.
  19. The body work on the Gordini is nearly finished. It needs some detail sanding and some filler and then it's ready for assembling the head and tail lights and then making a mould for resine bodies. Anyone interested in a resine body of this Gordini?
  20. I only found 1/2 hour time for the Gordini today, so i used some putty on the front spoiler. Now it has to dry again. I hope tomorrow i'll find more time to do some sanding on the front spoiler
  21. After the first sanding the Renault 8 looks like this: Here's the current status: Some more details on the fenders were done, added some polystyrol plates for the front spoiler. Next steps will be finishing the fenders and using some putty on the front spoiler
  22. I always loved the old Renault 8 Gordini, which was a really rally race car, but i'm more in Touring cars. So i took an old Wave body, disassebled it. For a real touring car it's much too small, so i have to widen the fenders. Therefore i need some Polystyrol plates. (Be sure to cut and sand the fenders before clueing the plates into the fenders. Otherwise the fenders will get too small.) Then cut the fenders the way you want them. Now it's time for doing the detail fenders. So i need much putty Now the putty has to dry and then it's time for the sandpaper stay tuned...
  23. The project finished today and i did go for a camel yellow Alfa Romeo, just like Toine Hezemans drove in the early 70ies. The car is fully Radio Controlled using a 2.4 Ghz MiniZ MR03 chassis. Hope you like it
  24. I can proudly present the miniZ version of Niki Lauda's BMW 2002 ti driven 1970 on the Nürburgring. It's a MiniZ MR015 2.4 Ghz with a 1/24 resine body. The car fits perfectly to my 1/24 rc-car collection of classic touring cars. Hope you like it
