¥es, but i'more into (old) race-cars. I really love those period of the late 60ies and early 70ies. There'll be an update soon... merry christmas to you and yours

Just got my own mould

The MiniZ have a scale of 1/27, but the chassis can easliy be used for bodies in 1/24. The cars will be driven on my MiniZ racetrack and are no static models. They got no inside details like cockpit and motor. I just use the body, modify the chassis wheelbase to fit the body on it, which is quite often a challange. My intention for those projects is that i will get detailed racecars. I have many 1/10 RC/cars, but those lexan bodies aren't very detailed. The original MiniZ bodies are great, but those cars i love aren't available on the market. So i have to build my own. pics added in the first post.... - sorry the link didn't work...

Sorry mates, for the pics - the link does not work, so i uploaded them in the first entry. Yes, it's the famous BMW 2002 Coupe

Fitting to my other oldies, I want you present my new project, which I will tackle about Christmas: BMW 2002 Touring Car Championship I'll probably make the Niki Lauda version - let's see .. It will be a 1/24 RC-Car built on a MiniZ Chassis. - hope you like it - stay tuned upload pics - sorry the link didn't work:

The Alfa is already painted! I went for the original color 'Alfa Romeo Rosso Competizione', which is the color of the ALfa Romeo 8C. This color is very expensive, so it's excellent for my special Alfa Romeo GTA Junior Now i'm waiting for the decals - stay tuned

based on an old WAVE kit this Renault 8 Gordini is built as RC-Car on a Kyosho MiniZ chassis. Since the Renault 8 is a very small car i had to fix the chassis size and rims to get the wheels under the fenders. The Gordini fits excellent to my 'Golden Era Racing cars'. which are all built as RC. Here are a few pics

So now he is ready ... The wheels have yet to get an Alfa logo. An antenna was mounted and the QV-plate which I got from Italy, is also up. The ti-badges I have 'drawn' after my printer ate the decal sheet ... Thus, the Alfa Romeo is now coming under the hood in the showcase - I hope you like him Now I'm looking for my second Cars in 1:18 - Citroen C4 from 2007 in the 1:18? is this car available?
-
First with original Mondo head lights Now with Norev head lights The 1:1 The Norev look much more scale

@Patami: Sorry the moulds are useless. Maybe i find some time and do a new one. @Rossa156: great idea, but i need to have other colors. yellow/red aren't my colors Maybe a livery with stripes on it?

The BMW is from my Resine mould. Yes it's 1/24 and will be raced, too.
-
Thanks, does anybody know, if the Karmann Ghia exits as race car?
-
Mine is an Alfa Romeo 159 SW ti, got 280hp (tuned) and a fine strong Diesel engine with a torque of 580NM and my daily driver is a Citroen C4 HDI 90 with a small Diesel engine, with 92hp, but very low fuel consumption. (about 4.8 litre/100 km driven in the city)
-
Here are some pics to spot the difference between the scales I've done a 1/24 and 1/18 Alfa Romeo SW ti based on a Welly (1/24) and Mondo (1/18) Alfa 159 SW
-
Scale is 1/24, based on Tamiya body with widened fenders. I've done about 15 Alfa GTA's out of this mould. Other moulds i've done: Opel Commodore Coupe '70 and Ford Escort Mk1 '68 All scaled in 1/24 Opel Commodore Ford Escort Mk1
-
After this body my resine mould got torn and is now useless The mould took about 15 bodies and this one is the last, so it has to be something special useless mould with last body of an Alfa Romeo 1300 GTA Junior cleaned on primed body needs some fine cleaning now Any suggestions about the design is the meantime...

This is my 1/24 RC-car version of a VW Karmann Ghia built as racing version 'John Player Special'. It's a Tamiya kit combined with a modified Kyosho MiniZ MR015 chassis. For better look and better fit on the chassis, i widened the fenders with putty. The car is in use and will be raced on my Kyosho hometrack system against it's contrahents like Alfa Romeo's, Ford Escorts and BMW2002. widened fenders Hope you like it

No Convertible, they got a panoramic roof ,which can be opened when it's a sliding roof. otherwise it's only out of glas, which can not be opened.
