Yes and they must be removed carefully, you don't want to distort the roundness of the light area. take your time and work

slowly and use progressively finer grit sandpaper or sanding sticks as the mold lines start to disappear.

if my experience is any guide, you will be taking more than one "shot" of working and priming to get those gone. just take your time and be patient because its important you dont end up flattening those curves in the fenders.

Last one of those I looked at, all it was, was one big mold line.

You're a brave, brave man...

Have LOTS of sandpaper on hand, and exercise to avoid carpal tunnel of the hand...
