Cable TV is a huge bummer. Stupid "reality" shows on all the channels. I hate all of them. The cable companies have packages of channels that include one decent channel with several that are garbage, so you can't just get rid of the garbage. I may just pull the plug on it anyway.

You can purchase a Mohu Leaf, or other brand of antenna and get all of your locals in HD for free...depending of broadcast strength. All the local news you want...and actually get some decent programs sometimes.

I fourth Monster Garage. Or heck, let's see a program that shows all of Jesse James skills. He may be morally bankrupt but, he was blessed with an incredible set of hands for fabricating.

Who says Jesse James is morally bankrupt ? He just see's the world different than you do .. Besides, he can't be that bad.. he married that goodie goodie Sandra Bullock.

Yeah, but then he fooled around and lost her... Previously, he had been married to Janine, a porn "star". Wide assortment of women in his life, that's for sure. Then again, we really don't know what any women are like when they're not in the public eye.

Yeah, the fake scripted drama and goofballs make most of these auto or bike build shows unwatchable, IMO. I tried watching 'Graveyard Carz' --loved the Mopars, but the fake idiots and drama made it pretty awful. About the only ones of these types of shows that I like is 'What's in the Barn?' (vintage motorcycles), 'Wheeler Dealers'-- no nonsense, and 'Chasing Classic Cars', but that's not really in the same genre.

Those three shows are on my DVR record list, for the very reasons you stated!

I definitely have NO interest in watching OCC. I would, however, watch anything that Jesse James does simply for the fact that his talents are amazing and I have a lot of respect for the fact that he built a 100 million dollar empire from the ground up with no financial help from anyone. Also, after meeting him in Sturgis I can tell you that his no BS approach to stuff is 100% genuine.
