another hobby lobby find.......pallets...almost..update 12/21

so, the wife made the mistake of letting me roam free around hobby lobby today found a lot of cool stuff, but thought i'd pass this on to you guys. I wandered down the doll house isle, and found picket fence. it's 5 'sections' in a pack for $2.47

this is how it looks out of the package,

cut the points off, and you now have shipping pallets [or close anyway],

I thought it was a cheap way to get 5 pallets

Dude!!!! I like it....I like it a lot!!!!! I'm all over that....I was just thinking of how I'd make some with styrene, but with these, that won't be necessary....I can't believe I never saw those....Great find....I WILL be getting some of those....

more possibilities found at the hobby lobby! I was wandering around again and just for kicks, hit the doll house isle again. I found two things of interest, scale pine flooring and what I would call bead board/wainscoat[sp?].

here is the 'flooring'

i'm thinking good trailer bed material.

thinking possible good pick up bed material.

it may not work out, but I thought what the heck, maybe it will. just thought i'd pass it along.
