I'm wondering if a problem I'm having was inherent in these, or if I just got a lemon. I was super impressed with the detail and fitment of this model until it came time to put the interior into the body. The door panels are way too high, like almost 1/8" over the top of the body's doors and the back dash sticks out of the rear window, again, about 1/8" too high. I'm in the process of trimming the door panel bottoms and the bottom of the back seat to make them mate correctly with the body. It's a pain in the neck because there's no good way to try it out without glueing it first. I've glued, tested, taken apart and trimmed 3 times now. I don't want to overshoot.

Just wondering if anyone else has run into this and if you did, what did you do about it?

Strange, my kit had no problems when putting those parts together. I hope you can figure it out and get it done, that kit builds up into a very nice model.
