zaina Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 (edited) Amt snap dually. Scratch built bed. Machined oxygen bottle. Here is the inspiration and where I'm at so far Edited January 5, 2014 by zaina
chris02719 Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Wow, nice looking rig. You don't see too many of these as a model. I am looking forward to seeing this come together. Great job so far. Keep up the good work.
zaina Posted January 6, 2014 Author Posted January 6, 2014 Got the skirting on and cut the hole for the acetylene tank. Also found some fenders that work perfectly. They are from a revell 32 ford.

RodneyBad Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 The "rhino lining" is looking good but a bit too glossy.. Great looking bed tho..
zaina Posted February 1, 2014 Author Posted February 1, 2014 The "rhino lining" is looking good but a bit too glossy.. Great looking bed tho.. Thanks. I thought the same thing when I did a test on a spoon but when I matched it to a brand new rhino job on a coworkers truck it was perfect. I think the light shinning right on it makes it look glossier.
Bgrgbldr Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 Nice rig, I like all the smooth round corners. I have always said the only dumb question is the one you did not ask so I am gonna ask. What is a Hoosier pole and how is it used? Thanks
