Thanks guys!!! And Carl there is three coats of clear on there, then I will sand and buff it to get a nice finish hoping that I dont sand threw.

Chris, it looks very smooth already. Be careful around the edges...

Carl thanks I also agree that it look pretty smooth so I think I am going to just leave it be to many sharp edges and I don't think I'll risk it.

ps btw do you think you could get a bracket in still at this point ? i mean for the flying alternator ?

this build is so georgeous and detailed i think that flying alternator ... needs a barcket :)

Richard, thanks for the advice I guess that alternator is just floating there. Would you have any suggestions on how to build one I'm not sure on how to go about it. Thanks
