GMP440 Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Needed to get an opinion from those that have casted resin bodies. I have casted resin bodys from time to time. I have casted bodies and casted the hood separately. Is it better to cast the body with the hood on it and then cut the hood from the body after the body has been casted? I have done this before. All I had to do was just cut on the hood/body line and the hood is out. At least this way there would be no need to make another mold for just the hood. Thanks.
