I garnered a little 'ink' in 2003 at the now extinct Strictly 1/43 show. It was a wonderful show for us small scale builders in Chicago for a number of years. The Maserati birdcage was a commission build as well as the T35 Bugatti. I'm in the process of getting the birdcage back in a trade for some other builds I have completed. It was done in 'bare metal' using alclad. The frame of the Maserati was all photoetch.
