thanks for your kind words stan . here where i live it still cold we just hit spring here some days out side it still cold to paint . so i think iam going to paint it when its nice out side . just cant paint in the house or i will get the boot lol

well today was a good to paint so now i got the model in paint again it came better then befor . its not cleard yet i will do it in 2days got to let the paint dry when u see the pic u will know what i mean by wow.

o ya just so u all know that nail poilsh was used for the paint job i got it from the doller store lol

Looks great Thomas! That nail polish is awsome! (you're painting outside?) Those Model King (I think?) funny car kits are sooooooooo cool, I've got to get one. Should look awsome when you're done.

hello speed yes i have to paint out side with the nail polish till i get my water base paint in thay should be here in a week so far it came well going to clear it today its nice warm here today

well hello all and here is the model all done in clear coat i did 3 coats and wow that paint just pops out at u now here some pic of it hope u all like the paint work

i know it looks dam good right now but i still have to polish it . it will look so better when that is done got to give it at least two days to cure frist the clear coat i use was a plastikote acrylic lacquer clear coat.

tys slusher when i took out side is the sun after it was cleared wow it just really shines that what i was looking for so now it time to get it all done.

ok in the pic u will see i did some work in motor compartment i painted it black it came out looking good it shows the motor a bit better not to much to do but get the class in bumpers and the details here the pic of it . sorry for so many pics iam just proud of what i have done.

That engine bay looks great in black against the orange car, shows off the engine like you said.

thank u Gene for your kind words and yes the black does bring out the motor vary well right now iam just putting on some of the crome will show pic when i get some of it done
