jedimark14 Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 i have an old sheet of bmf and it became tarnished an wrinkled. what is the best way to store bmf. and i tried using a old slixx sheet and the decals broke apart after hitting water.
DrGlueblob Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 I use tight plastic boxes (Sterilite brand) for decals and such. Keep them in a shaded cool and dry place. I have decals from the '70s that are still good.
Ramfins59 Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 I've never had any problems with BMF probably because I use it up pretty quickly. I keep all of my decals in large ziplock bags in a drawer in my workbench. I rarely ever have had a problem with any of them "disintegrating".
crazyjim Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 Decals go into a zip-loc bag in the shop. BMF goes in the refrigerator.
