High octane Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 Looks really nice Neal, will you be doing the BMF around the windows too, or no?
outlaw035 Posted April 14, 2014 Author Posted April 14, 2014 OOOOOOOOOOOOOO...BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH knew i forgot something....duh...
AzTom Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 Looks great. Ertl made that car in one of the GTO turquoises. It may have been the light color. A few years ago the 1/18 emblems decals would have been a hot seller. I could use some correct Z-28 emblems.
crazyjim Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 Pretty cool build. I bet the GTO guy will love it.
realgone58 Posted April 15, 2014 Posted April 15, 2014 Very nice, I'm sure you're buddy will love it Neal.
outlaw035 Posted April 17, 2014 Author Posted April 17, 2014 thanks everyone...and yes he did love it...tom u can find the Z-28 emblems on the net and size them for what u need...google Z-28 emblems and make ur own decals thats what i did...
AzTom Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 When I tried that several years ago, they looked good on paper but were kind of transparent and didn't show up on a black surface. Fred Caddy made the decals for the 1/18 Camaro but the ones for the front apron and the trunk were incorrect. Thanks
outlaw035 Posted April 19, 2014 Author Posted April 19, 2014 tom if ur putting home made decals on a dark color u have to use white decal paper...
AzTom Posted April 19, 2014 Posted April 19, 2014 Thanks Neal. I have used the white paper before but the Camaro script needs to show the body color under it.
