You could add some police literature in the door pockets they carry a lot of pamphlets and such there. recently they have started replacing the factory dome light with a larger round one that can shine white or red and you could spread protein bar wrappers in between the seats. Don't forget the spotlight.

thats a idea with the bits. I added a bottle as you can see. I reworked lots of the electronic stuff, and i added a small LCD screen that they use for replays i have seen in pics.

Still more to do....The body is painted and varnished and just waiting for the decals, NYPD HP to arrive. I checked the 3 wheel options, and asked people what they thought looked best, showing a couple of real pics, all but one said they liked the chrome real one, so i went to use that but then noticed the way the spokes sit, shaped inwards are not the same as the real thing. gutted

Great work all the overhead police equipment.

Thanks. I had to redo a lot of it, as i did it first by eye looking at real pics, for size of items based on the distance from top of the dash to the roof lining....but then when i placed them into the kit they were way off size, way too big. The distance wasnt scaled down the same. Im happy with my finished item. The next one i do will be quicker but better, and i might make a few copies in resin

Many years ago in Scale Auto Enthusiast, Terry Jessee (who is retired law enforcement) recommended using rolling papers for random paper in a model since it's thin and fairly in scale. I have a pack up in my decal box just for that reason!

I never liked driving autos, until i had one few years ago,

I too was always a manual trans kinda guy. When I bought my Geo Tracker (Suzuki Vitara) 4x4 convertible in 1991, I had a hard time getting one with a five speed. All the ones on the new car lots had automatics! Probably the reason I still have it, is that I changed jobs and took the New Jersey Garden State Parkway to work. This becomes an hour to two hours of stop and go traffic during rush hour. After a few weeks of driving a clutch, my left hip started to ache all the time, so I stopped taking the Tracker to work (except when it snowed!) and drove my 1990 Crown Vic instead. The Vic is long gone, but the Tracker soldiers on as a leisure vehicle!

i got my late 90s Jee Cherokee this winter, and first winter in years NO snow.....bit annoyed cos i live on the top of a huge hill. Cig papers are so useful, not just for smoking :-)

These are lots of latest pics on here, inc the poor erroneous decal sheet i bought 2 of that arrived and no use....... I also found not mentioned in the instructions the long thin side door strips. The thicker of the 5 spoke chrome wheels have a glaring error, too flat, no curve at all as i show in the pics (i asked people on a FB model page which they preferred, A B or C)

Please all take a look at the album and let me know what you think.

Not uploaded the new pics yet to photobucket, but spent the day applying our NYPD decal sheet to the Lindberg Charger. Only put pics up on FB so far.

Anyway if your on FB, the link should show you the Charger pic. I know the rear door CPR decals are not spaced right, knew that before the test sheet was printed and sent to me. Not cut around the door handles yet on the top long blue strip.

Also applying to the Revell Impala, thats looking good also.

In the rear of the photo is a 2nd Charger i build, that is being used for testing the radar etc electcical items im scratch building and going to use as masters. It was to be a SC HP car, but i noticed the kit 5 spoke chrome wheels look so wrong, just too flat as the spokes dont go inwards.
