Where do you buy extra parts?

I know this is a model CAR forum but I really do not want to make a whole new account on a gundam/armor forum. On my gundam (chars zaku 2) the right arm broke. And I was wondering what way you guys go about replacing parts?

Usually the kits instructions will provide info to order replacement parts.

If that isn't the case, or you don't have them, ask the store you purchased it from for help.

Sometimes I find gluebombs or slightly messed-up built versions of kits on eBay.
