Mike_G Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 If you just want a chrome lip, you can spray the whole wheel with gunmetal enamel, then after the paint sets-up a bit wipe off the lip with a cotton swab and a little bit of mineral spirits. I use "Tech-Swabs" because they have a harder cotton head than Q-tips so they keep their shape better and you can get a nice clean line.
