1stgoat Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 Hello everybody. My name is Chris and I've been looking for a good place to get help and motivation for building kits again. I've been building since I was 12 (I'm 40 now) but I haven't built anything in about 10 years. Just spending time with family, but now it's time to start up again. Most of my builds are kit bashing. My last effort was a 1955 Chevy truck with a 98 Corvette engine/suspension and a 59 Corvette interior. I have just started a 1969 Corvair that will use a Ferrari 458 engine/suspension and wheels from the Revell 1937 Ford. Everyone seems very friendly and helpful so far and I am looking forward to hearing from you guys.

I too do kit bashing i did a 56 with z06 running gear, and do big truck kit bashing. Its been 10 years for me as well, feels good to get back at it, get the smell of glue paint and styrene in the system again
