Illusionizt Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 For my one of my summer projects i'm going to be creating a '41 Chevy pickup street rod. I'm pulling an LS1 out of a 35th anniversary Camaro. I'm going to try to get it where the stance is really low and aggressive... I will give updates further into the model.
Illusionizt Posted June 24, 2014 Author Posted June 24, 2014 Here's just a little peek at the LS1 in the body ( dis mind the unpainted body and parts i'm in the process of painting it right now
mnwildpunk Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 There is a great tutorial in the tips and tricks on how to open up the 41 grille and make it look a 100% better
Illusionizt Posted June 27, 2014 Author Posted June 27, 2014 Got it painted. Really like the way it ended up. I used some sandpaper to roughen up the body. Couldn't use the LS1 so I chose a small block chevy 350. It looks very good. I got the truck to almost lay on the ground. (Not in the photo) will add more photos in the next few days...
1 bad55 stan Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 sweet colors, are those the wheels you are going to use?
Illusionizt Posted June 27, 2014 Author Posted June 27, 2014 I guess... I dont really like them but i dont have much of a selection..
