AK_Invader
Question for the group - are there any currently available 1/25 kits that have a small block Chevy with a separate front cover and water pump? Gathering pieces for a T-bucket, and with the engine "out in the open" I'd really like to have the 2 separated. Thanks in advance! freakshow12
Yup the RM 69 z28 kits have a really nice small block. As does the nova

Brett Barrow
Those have separate water pumps, but the front cover is molded with the block. The 283 in the new-tool Revell Tri-Fives (shown below) has a separate front cover and water pump. And AMT's soon-to-reissued Parts Pack 283 has a chromed front cover, but lacks a water pump. Mark
If you want the stock style sheet metal front cover and a water pump, both as separate pieces, several late Seventies/early Eighties MPC kits had them: Chevy Monzas, pickups, and El Caminos. The most common kits now would probably be the '86 El Camino SS and '84 GMC pickup (ex-Fall Guy). The '82-'92 Firebird and Camaro kits might have separate parts too, but I'm not positive.
