custom firewall

i am currently working on converting my Hilux minitruck from a curbside and need to make a custom firewall if you can help it will be appreciated

I would say start with thick card stock for a pattern or the side of a thin box will work also. That way you will not be using plastic for fitting.

Here's a trick. Get some modeling clay and push an amount inside the body where the firewall would be. Make it thick and don't worry about being neat. Put everything in the freezer and when hard try an remove it without distorting it too much. Slice off until you have a useable profile. HTH
