Modified to float steer rims, which looks right

Im just messin around with my parts box tonight, in between builds at the moment now that they are all done. Kinda lookin for a way to use some of the extra parts. A buddy gave me these 1/24 float steers and a bunch of super singles, no rims. Cant seem to find rims alone except for MCA. I also discovered that italeri wheels have different beads. I took a few apart, the drives are gonna work out perfect, messed around and ended up with this for steers.

After doin some research, i found that the way i did the left 1 is the only way to do it on my own. Im a rookie at some of mods, so this is probably old news

The left one looks better...a bit too deep but better than the right one.

The outer edge of the rim should be about the same level as the center where the lugs are or slightly over...somewhere in that neighbourhood anyway.
