squaring up frames and sutch

Hello all. I'm receiving my at freightliner Coe today and would like to start getting the frame setup. What's a good way to get it right the first time?

I use the grids on my workmat to keep things square.

This picture looks more complicated then it actually is - I shortened this frame with staggered frame rails and was reassembling it.

Start with a flat piece of glass as a base, laying all the frame parts out, then use some weights to keep the rails flat on the glass. Start tacking the cross members in place with an instant adhesive like superglue, then use a liquid glue to permanently join the individual parts.
