Hey man,

I am in the process of doing it to the Revel 1:25 359, and to drop it all I did was cut a section(ring) off of the three section(ring) ??dampers??. Not sure how different the 1:16 is, but here is mine...Oh, and for the front, I just trimmed down the axle...

The unfinished product...

The front end it would be better, if you have a Dremel, to remove the "axle blocks" and remove a couple leafs from the spring pack. if thats not low enough, cut the spring shakles. If not low enough yet, trim the axle, carefully, doing that will weaken it and cause the axle to sag.
