  1. I have the 1:16 359 Pete and my Project is to stretch the frame and drop the suspension. If someone have picture of how he did that, it will help me a lot... Thanks
  2. this rat truck is the coolest . Very great job on this one. The whitewalls tire look better.
  3. Thanks folks for following my topic. Here some small progresses to the chassis. The roll cage fit perfectly, the metal body is heavy and hold by itself without glue.
  4. OK, you know for sure what the word COOL means
  5. Like the project, looks cool. But please, put larger rear tires 3000 hp is hard on rubbers
  6. I like your project, did you start a topic for your rat truck? I wish to follow that rat.
  7. Thanks Ben, Ted, it's an honor for me that you like my work, Joe, the front mounts are not filed much yet, it's an "I beam", the same that I took for the split wishbone, I had welded a round brass tubing on it and then did a rough shaping with a Dremel. After file work, they will be thinner
  8. Thanks Henry for your good words, I worked 2 days total on those split wishbones. I'm glad that you apreciate my work.
  9. sorry Ira, I didn't want to tell you how to call your vette parts.
  10. Some work done on the front split wishbones I will file them again but for tonight, my work day is done
  11. If I can give you an advice, keep in mind that the doors on a 1:1 1931 model A don't close perfectly like a 2014 F150. I had worked a lot to make my Minicraft 31 doors fit perfectly before someone told me that. And be sure you choose the best glue for the truck, I had problems with the regular styrene glue. It's a great plastic kit so, enjoy and post pics of your progress.
