  7. My engine will be made with the spécial participation of Jim littiken, I think everybody knows I'm but here is his site address http://www.micronitro.net/ Jim can make custom parts and he understands what you want but these parts are pieces of art a take a lot of time to build so you can expect them to be a bit expensive but they worth every dollar they cost and even more. Hoosierminiatures@gmail.com I will start this project when my motor will be shipped back to me from micro nitro (it can take a month) I will have to be patient for this one. I Have a picture of my valves covers, it will be a V10 with 2 cam shaft in each head drove by uncoverd pulleys. Thats a source of inspiration for this project
  8. I cant wait to see the blower intake... very good job
  9. Thank you Ron, I'm not fully satisfied about this seat, it seems to be designed for E.T. or a giraffe but I'll keep it, it's just a practice for my KB5 project. it will become the passenger seat anyway...
  10. wow, your 1:1 truck is very clean, much cleaner than my 2003 1:1 truck I can't wait to see your 1:25 one
  11. A little update, I started the floor with checker plate and finished 1 seat and started the other This my first Photoetch weld, it looks like hell but it was a good practice . I took the seats from the MPC big charger kit and cut them to fit the dirt modelers PE racing seats and cover all with model factory Hiro seats covering cloth..
  12. your work is fantastic, I really love the model using a Ferrari engine I started to make a V12 block with a 1/16 scale Testarossa flat 12 maybe you want to see what it can look like... I got a lot of work to do on the bloc itself but it gives a good idea of what it will look .
  13. thanks baddgass and Henry, Bart... for the 1:8 play shot, I will do for sure, but when the project will have more work on it (fire wall removed for example ) And for the parts, I went into many projects before having all the parts, and for this one, I really want to have every part before building the frame to be sure every thing is in the best place and in the good size... Any ways, I'm not in a hurry, I have another truck to go to work...
  14. it seems that your cookie monster like the same cookies than me

  18. I think I got my motor here, 1:12 scale 426 from TDR, everything will be 1:16 scale around it to look big instead of looking cartoonish... the 18 71 blower is 1:16 and is from TDR and the scoop is 1:16 to and from flashpoint... if you want to see what's next with this truck, I will start a new topic in the big boyz' section thanks for looking

  21. is answer... "Getting our engines down into the 1/16 scale is a goal of ours. We just have so many other things in the works right now that we just don't know when we will get to it. Thanks for asking though. We will get them there, I just don't know when" I think I will not disturb him again and I will be patient..
  22. I wrote this to TDR... "Hi, I just want to know if you have as a project to scale down to 1:16 the following parts in ultra frosted details materiel... 426 hemi timing chain cover, water pump, alternator and starter. A kobelco 18-71 intake can be cool to... Note that I'm not in a hurry, but I think many people can want to buy these parts, 1:16 scale become more and more popular and 426 hemi is a very nice engine. Tanks" I will post is answer
