Craig Irwin Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 I've built a lot of resin but I've never got into a huge amount of bodywork like this before. I have a R&R '50 Plymouth body that I want to build a model of the Ramchargers High and Mighty drag racer, and I've found the body is WAY wrong. It is going to need both widened and stretched and the belt raised before it gets chopped. Is epoxy my best bet? Any ideas or suggestions?
W-409 Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 Super Glue and Epoxy are the best glues that work with resin in my opinion. I'd prefer using super glue, but epoxy works as well.
Craig Irwin Posted January 2, 2015 Author Posted January 2, 2015 Thanks Niko, I've been working with resin for decades but in this project I need to actually create body sections, not just glue them together.
